An associate of mine recently turned me on to Windows FolderShare Beta – a nifty Free tool you can use to sync folders between multiple computers.  For instance, I have a PC which I do most of my development tasks on -  as well as a laptop which I use for email and working away from the office.  Even though my computers are networked allowing me the ability to drag folders back and forth, I like the ease and automation of FolderShare, because it automatically syncs folders that you designate anytime both computers have internet access, ensuring that you have the most current data no matter which computer you are working on.  With FolderShare you can even access your folders when you are away from both computers through your FolderShare account online.
