Don’t forget to promote client testimonials and reviews on your website and blog. If someone endorses your service, product or property, make sure you share it with the world by including it on your website, blog and on your list of testimonials that you mail to prospective clients.
If you have a press or media section on your website make sure you keep it updated with the latest news and articles on your company and don’t forget to list any awards you, your agents or staff, have received. Press exposure of designations and other achievements are also of great value in establishing credibility both online and off for small businesses. If someone writes a glowing review of your business on a social media website, don’t be shy, link to it from your website and/or blog and if it’s REALLY good, from your email signature.
If you’ve received positive comments and client endorsements then you’ve certainly earned them, so don’t be afraid to share those comments with new clients who are considering your products/services.
