1) Make sure you put your URL (web address) in the description of your YouTube.com video.
2) Use your targeted keywords in your file name to further optimize your video to be found in the search engines. For example, “kauai-vacation-rental” vs. “ourrental”.
3) Venture out beyond YouTube.com – Leverage the other video outlets that exist to gain additional exposure for your video/business.
