Outdated website, client had a small budget to work with.  Website not ranking well for targeted keywords, not enough content on site to be found well in the search engines.

Build a site that Captain Tara could manage and add content to through the use of an easy-to-use, open source content management system.   Customize an existing theme to save money.   Incorporate client-provided images into the site.
