Spiffy Up Your Craig’s List Posting

A client asked me recently how some postings on  Craig’s List look so much better than others.  He had noticed brochure-type postings and wanted the same format for his listings.

So I did a little research and here’s what I found….   Postlets.com offers a free service to create attractive brochure-type listings for real estate and vacation rental properties.  The listings can then be shared on a variety of social networks on the web, including Craig’s List.

All you need to do is create a free account at Postlets.com, verify your email address, choose your preferred color scheme, answer a few questions about your property and upload some photos and you’ve got an attractive means of promoting your property on Facebook, Craig’s List, Google Base, Twitter and more.

Postlets.com provides the HTML code that you copy and paste into the description area of the Craig’s List posting – which will spiffy up your presentation and save you time when posting on a regular basis.
