Featured Web Project: Healthy Hut offers a wide selection of the best organic foods, natural health, beauty and household products on Kauai’s north shore. Located at 4270 Kilauea Road in the historic Stone Building on the way to the Kilauea Lighthouse, Healthy Hut is a convenient and friendly natural products store in the heart of historic Kilauea Town. Healthy Hut chooses its products with integrity by hand selecting the best local and global organic foods and products.

The Challenge:

The owners of Healthy Hut wanted to have more online exposure for their small business and be able to interact with their patrons to help them eat and live healthier and save money! The client wanted an interactive electronic means to share healthy recipes with patrons featuring grocery items available at the store as well as to highlight local, community news and events.

Emagine’s Solution:

Emagine provided Healthy Hut with a website/blog solution that allows the business owners complete control over the updating and adding of content through WordPress, an open source content management system. Visitors to the store or the website can subscribe to the Healthy Hut email list, to be notified of weekly store specials and updates to the blog.
