Captain J’s offers NaPali Coast & Ni`ihau tours on his state-of-the-art twin Super Rafts out of Port Allen Harbor, Kauai.  Originally known for his incredible deep sea fishing adventures, he’s expanded into the snorkeling and sightseeing tour business.
